Relaxing Essential Oil Blends
The most commonly used essential oil for it’s relaxing properties is Lavender, however there are many other oils that can be used to help to relax your body, mind and spirit. Here are some relaxing essential oil blends to try out in a diffuser or in an aromatherapy massage oil or roll on.

Remember to mix essential oils with a carrier oil when applying to the skin, you can refer to this table for safe dilution rates. Also be aware that some oils are photo-toxic, which means they cause a reaction to sunlight and can damage your skin, so you should avoid direct sunlight when using these oils. There are 2 oils in these blends that are photo-toxic, Lime and Bergamot and these are labelled with a (p).
